Greyghost

Every business is run by people, without people you have no personality. This page may not matter to many people but it is really who I am. Born & raised in Nebraska I started hunting upland birds at a young age. Jack was our first Weimaraner

Greyghost is the name given to the breed of dog my wife & I raise, Weimaraners. We first started raising Weims about 24 years ago & using greyghost as an email address shortly thereafter.  Below is Revolution weighing in @ 100 lb, Blue & the pic below  Rev. is Rev & Hope who is the gray at 70lb.

I'll be adding pictures of dogs we've owned over the years, I guess to show off as much as anything but also to let the people I work with get to know us.  Until then we do have pups for sale right now.  Nine pups shown below Rev. & Hope, having lunch. Two blue boys, three blue girls, three gray boys, & one gray girl.

We'll be adding pictures & if anyone is interested we can be reached at 208-362-5591 or greyghost@qwest.net.

I had to add this pic of Chance, she is a fatty because she eats about a dozen apples a day.  The dogs eat grapes, apples, pears, apricots, & every fruit that grows on the place.

Below is Chance pointing with Rev busting in when he should have been honoring.  Taking a picture

when the dogs are on point is a test, the gun or the camera?

You really have to love this picture, one of the gray, my bad, blue boys on point, quail wing a foot in front of him, on the plastic sprinkler line. Look at

that right foot, tale, you won't find a better point from a seven week old pup. This little guy has a home in New Mexico. The rest of the little shits are

digging their way to China in a hole the big dogs started.

For all the people who don't want a dog as big as Rev. but think the smallest male from one of Rev.'s litters might not be what they want, below are a couple

pics of  BO. The smallest blue boy in one of Rev. & Hope's litters from four years ago, BO weighs in at 80 to 85 lbs, runs like a deer, never tires, & is very

high energy.  I like Weim.s because they don't wear me out watching them run 900 MPH, like a shorthair, which are very good hunting dogs, but not

what I would choose. Bo runs like a shorthair. is a Frisbee catching fool who can jump a five foot fence without a thought, not an ounce of fat at four years

of age, & a hunting fool as well. This dog gets so excited with a wing on a pole, as you can clearly see, on point, & about ready to explode 99% f the time!

BO doesn't go through the gates at home, he jumps the fence, & the rest of the dogs can't keep up! This is a 100 MPH bird dog, would have been great

in field trials.
